Supplio.co takes steps to verify the credentials and company status of the manpower recruitment agencies listed on the Website (the “Due Diligence Process”).
Supplio.co collects and collates feedback from customers of its members by means of feedback (“Monitoring”).
Supplio.co collates recommendations from the public in relation to its members and the services they provide (“Recommendations”).
The results of the Recommendation, Due Diligence and Monitoring processes may publish on the Website in part or in whole.

Supplio.co aims to

Improve the accountability and credibility of the manpower recruitment agencies listed through publishing impartial feedback on their work;
Promote quality service, workmanship and best practice among listed manpower recruitment agencies;
Promote manpower recruitment agencies to the public with a goal to improve quality of manpower recruitment agencies.

These Terms and Conditions refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Website:

In case of customers experiencing emergency situations Supplio.co aims to put such customers in touch with members who are able to provide a fast response. However, Supplio.co cannot guarantee a specific response time and will not be liable for the failure of any member to succeed in providing any service in any specific time quoted.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and not:

In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
In a way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
For the purposes of harming or attempting to harm any person, business or entity in anyway;
To undermine the purpose and provision of Services;
To gain a competitive advantage over any businesses in your sector;
To act in competition with the Services;
To violate the privacy of others;
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of solicitation;

Users of the service do hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that Supplio.co does not make any warranty or guarantee over the quality, timing, integrity, responsibility, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the materials or services offered or delivered by its members to their customers.
You hereby expressly agree not to hold Supplio.co (or Supplio.co agents, representatives, advertisers or employees) liable for any instruction, advice or services delivered which originated through the website or associated Services and Supplio.co expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise, whether known or unknown therefrom.

Does not relate to the services provided by Supplio.co;
Does not have the purpose or effect of advertising, discussing or commenting on third party businesses who are not a Member;
Is not threatening, abusive or invades others privacy or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
Does not impersonate any person or misrepresent identities or affiliations; or
Does not give the impression that it emanates from Supplio.co (if this is not the case).

You warrant that all content you upload shall comply with the Content Standards, and you agree to indemnify Supplio.co for any loss Supplio.co suffers as a result of your failure to comply with the Content Standards.

Supplio.co reserves the right to remove or withhold any content at any time which it considers fails to adhere with the Content Standards set out in clause 13.1.

Temporarily or permanently withdraw your listing and access to the Website;
Commence legal proceedings against you for your actions;
Disclose necessary information to law enforcement authorities

15. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
