How Certification Process Works?

Supplio is partnered with leading certification bodies such as [IRIS, RBA, FLA] etc. Supplio performs the role of ‘Program Owner’ and is responsible for developing the Standards, advocating for fair recruitment, capacity building and stakeholder engagement. It is important to note that Supplio is not involved in the decision-making process for certification. This allows Supplio to deliver quality enhancement programs without conflicts of interest and reflects the fact that certification is beyond Supplio’s mandate and expertise.

The assessment of the recruiters is conducted by independent third-party auditors who are trained and accredited by the certification bodies in coordination with the Program Owner (Supplio). The auditors are ultimately responsible for making the decision about certification.

A key element of the certification model is the compliance and monitoring framework. The framework will be both complaints-driven and will occur through periodical surveillance and re‐certification assessments.
