This is totally up to you, being a true marketplace means the Agencies get the chance to quote what they believe is fair rate in the market. Some Agencies might quote low because they have some downtime – some might quote low because they want to be on your PSL.

The higher quotes usually come from experienced and busy Agencies – so pick that makes sense to you or pick a number of quotes with various values to give you a choice.

When you find a demand that you think you can fulfil then you can press the quote button. A pop-up window will show and ask you for your response against terms of the demand. You can either accept, reject, or call for modification against one or multiple of terms.

Remember there are other Agencies quoting so make you quote as competitive as you think possible.

Demands are open until the Employer has chosen 1 Agency to work with or a maximum of 1 month.

When an Employer has worked with you, you’ll be automatically added to their PSL (Preferred Supplier List). Employer can add a review and rating based on your performance on a particular demand.

When you’ve worked with any Employer, that Employer will automatically be added to your PCL (Preferred Company List). You can add a review and rating based on their dealing on a particular demand.

We show all the other Agencies quotes anonymously in a table format so you can see roughly what market trends are.

The Employer chooses 1 Agency for any one Demand. When you have been chosen you will receive an e-mail notification and then from your dashboard you can now access the demand and track progress. Also, you’ll receive a notification email from us when the demand letter and other recruitment documents are attested and ready for you to download.

When the Employer has accepted your quote, they will send you a message through Supplio messenger or call you directly. Alternatively, they can schedule a call via “request to call” option. You’ll receive a notification email with date, time and contact details of the Employer.

Following the closing of a demand we ask both the Employer and the Agent to leave a review about each other so as to best inform others and make our community great and as open and transparent as possible.

Supplio is partnered with leading certification bodies such as [IRIS, RBA, FLA] etc. Supplio performs the role of ‘Program Owner’ and is responsible for developing the Standards, advocating for fair recruitment, capacity building and stakeholder engagement. It is important to note that Supplio is not involved in the decision-making process for certification. This allows Supplio to deliver quality enhancement programs without conflicts of interest and reflects the fact that certification is beyond Supplio’s mandate and expertise.

Certification is voluntary and only available to recruitment agencies registered with Supplio. To become a ‘certified Supplio member,’ applicants(recruitmentagency)willneedtodemonstratethattheirmanagementsystemcomplieswiththeSupplioStandards.
