Every agency on our portal has detailed profile, statistics and feedback about their previous work and we suggest going through those before picking any agency.

This is totally up to you, being a true marketplace means the Agencies get the chance to quote what they believe is fair rate in the market. Some Agencies might quote low because they have some downtime – some might quote low because they want to be on your PSL.

The higher quotes usually come from experienced and busy Agencies – so pick that makes sense to you or pick a number of quotes with various values to give you a choice.

When you accept a quote from an Agency then Supplio’s system will automatically generate the set of relevant recruitment documents. Those documents will be sent on your email address with instruction based on the country you have selected to recruit manpower from. Follow the instruction for relevant Embassy attestation and upload the documents back to Supplio portal for further processing. You can also download them from your portal.

When the recruitment documents are attested, the agency will be able to download the documents and get the necessary clearance from the relevant authorities for advertisement and interviews of the candidates for your company.

Please keep all communication in Supplio portal in this way Agent can track everything that is happening.

Anything that happens outside of the Supplio Portal would be done at your own risk. Should any dispute arise then only the data in the Supplio Portal will be considered in finding an agreement.

Supplio’s algorithm only allows the agencies matching your rating to place quotations. This way you get to work with the agencies that are best suited for your company.

Also, you receive a comparison of the agencies with their detailed profiles to make an informed decision. You can also filter the agencies’ quotes based on your needs.

All the bids are appeared in a comparison with Agencies’ profiles. You can shortlist as many agencies as you want and you can certainly talk to them by calling directly or placing “request to call”.

In order to progress with a particular Agency, we encourage you to interview agency owner or representative before confirming their quote. Remember keep all communication in the portal.

If you already have the Agency, we still recommend you to create your demand on Supplio portal and invite quotes. This will ensure that you’re working on best rates even with your current Agency. It gives you an edge.

There is a high chance that your Agency is already available on Supplio’s database. Since Supplio is completely free service for you, this will automate and relieve you from manual work and save your company’s time and money. If in case your agency is not on our portal, you can invite them to sign up on Supplio.

When you’ve worked with an Agency, it will be automatically added to your PSL (Preferred Supplier List). You can add a review and rating based on their performance on a particular demand.

When an agency has worked with you, you will be automatically be added to their PCL (Preferred Company List). They can add a review and rating based on your dealing on a particular demand.

Supplio is a B2B platform. We do not engage ourselves in the hiring process but direct you to the qualified agencies.

We encourage you to put the terms and conditions clearly while signing the recruitment documents for the hired Agency for secure, hassle- free hiring and timely mobilization of manpower for your company.

Recruitment Fee varies from company to company. It also factors in the trades you’re hiring and the country you’re hiring from.

If you have already recruited manpower from overseas, you’ll have a fair idea of recruitment fee. If you’re new and hiring manpower from overseas for the first time, you can leave the recruitment fee blank and let the recruiting agencies surprise you!
